Bakstenen kerk in traditionele vormen met toren.
Gebouwd in 1939-1940 naar ontwerp van A.W. en B.P.J. Oomen uit Oosterhout.
Breed middenschip met lage en smalle zijbeuken en lage transeptarmen.
Orgel, afkomstig uit een onbekend klooster in Vlaanderen, vermoedelijk gebouwd ca 1700 door Jacobus van Eynde.
In 1909 in de toenmalige kerk van Schijf geplaatst en in 1985 door Vermeulen (Weert) gerestaureerd.
Het kerkgebouw verving een oudere neogotische kerk van Soffers.
