Description

Dit monument op het Nederlandse Militair Ereveld Grebbeberg herdenkt de in mei 1940 gesneuvelde militairen waarvan de graflocatie onbekend is. Onder deze namen zijn ook namen van Nederlandse soldaten waarvan hun graf voor wat voor reden dan ook geruimd is. Nederlandse oorlogsgraven mogen normaal niet geruimd worden, wel mogen ze verplaatst worden naar het ereveld in Loenen of de Grebbeberg. Helaas is er in het verleden wel eens een fout gemaakt en zijn er toch graven van soldaten geruimd.
