Het NAC-Stadion aan de Beatrixstraat in Breda was een Nederlands voetbalstadion. Tussen 1940 en 1996 was het de thuishaven van voetbalclub NAC Breda.
NAC vestigde zich in 1940 op het terrein in het Burgemeester van Sonsbeeckpark in de wijk Boeimeer. De eerste wedstrijd vond plaats op 6 oktober 1940 tegen Eindhoven. Direct na de invoering van het betaald voetbal in Nederland speelde NAC twee seizoenen achtereen in de eindronde om het landskampioenschap. De populariteit van de club leidde tot de bouw van een nieuwe van beton en baksteen gebouwde tribune met 1300 zitplaatsen. De in september 1957 in gebruik genomen tribune verving de kleinere houten zittribune met 800 plaatsen.
