De Tol of Tol of Scheiding is een buurtschap in de gemeente Sluis. De buurtschap is gelegen ten zuidwesten van Aardenburg en ten zuidoosten van Heille. De Tol bestaat uit een weg Tol. De buurtschap bestaat uit een tiental huizen. De Tol ligt op net iets ten noordoosten van de Nederlandse-Belgische grens. Vrijwel direct over de grens ligt aan de Belgische zijde het dorp Middelburg. De buurtschap is vernoemd naar een tol, die hier vroeger lag. In De Tol ligt een restaurant met ook de naam De Tol. Ten noordoosten van de buurtschap ligt de Elderschans. Ten zuiden van De Tol net over de grens ligt de Molenkreek.
