Tienhoven aan de Lek of kortweg Tienhoven is een dorp en voormalige gemeente in de gemeente Vijfheerenlanden, in de Nederlandse provincie Utrecht. Met 805 inwoners was Tienhoven aan de Lek op 1 januari 2021 de woonplaats met het laagst aantal inwoners binnen de gemeente Vijfheerenlanden.Tienhoven aan de Lek ligt aan de westkant van de plaats Ameide en in het verlengde van het dorp Langerak aan de zuidelijke kant van de rivier de Lek. In 2021 telde het dorp ruim 805 inwoners. Onder het dorp valt een deel van de buurtschap Hoogewaard.
