Rilland is een dorp in de gemeente Reimerswaal, in de Nederlandse provincie Zeeland. Het dorp telt 3.015 inwoners . Na Bath is Rilland het meest oostelijke dorp in de "staart" van Zuid-Beveland. Het dorp ligt direct ten zuiden van de A58, niet ver van het Schelde-Rijnkanaal en de provinciegrens met Noord-Brabant.
