Rilland er en landsby i Reimerswaal kommune i den nederlandske provins Zeeland. Landsbyen har 3.015 indbyggere. Efter Bath er Rilland den mest østlige landsby i "halen" af Syd-Beveland. Landsbyen ligger direkte syd for A58, ikke langt fra Schelde-Rijnkanalen og grænsen til provinsen Nord-Brabant.
