Duinen in het Hart van Brabant?? Ja zeker !!

Over een comfortabel betonnen voetpad bereik je de rand van het duingebied Loonse en Drunense Duinen.
Dat pad begint bij het informatiebord bij "Bosch en Duin" en heeft slechts een lengte van 400 meter.
Het laat je echter wél genieten van een prachtig uitzicht over een uniek gebied. Uniek omdat het één van de grootste stuifzandgebieden van Europa is.

Je vindt hier "levend zand", dat betekent dat onder invloed van de wind dit landschap voortdurend verandert.
Bij het begin van de wandeling vind je restaurant "Bosch en Duin" mét een aangepast rolstoeltoilet.
Daar is ook een ruim parkeerterrein aanwezig. Op zomerse zondagmiddagen kan het er desondanks toch wel eens vol zijn.
