De Bank of America Tower in New York is een wolkenkrabber die in 2009 is gereedgekomen aan de westkant van Sixth Avenue, tussen 42nd en 43rd Street, tegenover Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. Zoals de naam al aangeeft, is de Bank of America de voornaamste huurder van het gebouw, dat een waarde van 1 miljard dollar heeft. Volgens de bank is het gebouw een van de efficiëntste en milieuvriendelijkste gebouwen in de wereld.
De toren heeft twee spitsen: een van 366 meter , en een van 288 meter die een windmolen heeft die elektriciteit voor het gebouw opwekt. Het gebouw heeft 54 verdiepingen en telt ongeveer 204 000 vierkante meter kantoorruimte. De toren is het op twee na hoogste gebouw in New York, na het Empire State Building en One WTC.
