Downtown Santa Monica is een ongelijkvloerse lightrailstation in het Metro Rail-systeem van Los Angeles County. Het is gelegen nabij de kruising van 4th Street en Colorado Avenue in Downtown Santa Monica, Californië. Het is het westelijke eindstation van de E-lijn.
Het station bevindt zich in Downtown Santa Monica, buiten de straat in het blok dat wordt begrensd door 4th en 5th Streets, Colorado Avenue, en de 10 Freeway. De locatie ligt midden in het Civic Center van Santa Monica, op loopafstand van de Stille Oceaan, Santa Monica Pier, de Third Street Promenade, het Civic Auditorium en Santa Monica High School. Het blok was voorheen de locatie van een Sears-autocentrum, dat in 2010 werd gesloopt om plaats te maken voor het station.
