Gary is een stad in de Amerikaanse staat Indiana en telt 102.746 inwoners. Het is hiermee de 226e stad in de Verenigde Staten . De oppervlakte bedraagt 130,0 km², waarmee het de 135e stad is.
De stad werd in 1906 gesticht door Elbert Henry Gary die in 1901 US Steel had opgericht. Aan hem ontleent de stad ook haar naam.
