Former horse stables, coach house, later also staff house and kennel of Runenborg Castle. According to archival records, initially a candle factory was founded in the second quarter of the 19th century, later transformed into a factory of bale cloths with four associated houses, owned by the manufacturers Van Cromphaut K. & Co. Sloping of the workhouse in the third quarter of the 19th century and other company buildings transformed into coach houses and stables by Legrand. Existing buildings circa 1925 by the then owner, Baron Roland, adapted into the current picturesque rural ensemble partly elaborated in half-timbered construction with a house on the left and mainly horse stables. Construction of three bays under hipped roof (Flemish tiles, ridge parallel to the street), in core from the mid-19th century. Anchored, yellow plastered brick facades with later applied half-timbering. Rectangular door in the first bay, pump next to the right façade corner and calvary against the middle travee behind a hard stone kneeling cushion decorated with garland. Gable roof of the long L-shaped wing with horse stables with a bell chair and triangular dormers. Two protruding gables, one decorated with horse heads, the other with a deer head.
