This round building dates back to the 19th century (1806-1819) and has an iron-and-glass dome. The plans were drawn up by Jacques Mercier. Construction began in 1806 and in 1812 it was put into use by grain traders for commercial purposes. There were 32 stalls and spaces. In the 19th century, the building was struck by a severe storm and a fire. During World War I, the building served as a hospital. In 1992, restoration of the halls began. Today, the building is used for various exhibitions.
