Welcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially to the municipality of Beekdaelen. In this area the Limburg hills begin. And what hills! The Danikerberg route takes you along steep forest paths with surprising views to orchards with a unique plum species. A monumental restaurant where the Medieval Small Commandery of the Teutonic Order was located, next to a mountain where, according to legend, gallows once stood for the goat riders. Modern care for nature and cultural landscape let you enjoy this ancient and unique area.

The route can be followed via the yellow (ring) posts. Under the download button you can also find a separate route description. Parking is possible at the Biesenhof in Geleen. A cup of coffee is available at gasterie de Bokkereyer or the Biesenhof itself.
