AzureWelcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially to the municipality of Eijsden-Margraten. This route takes you through the beautiful area of Eijsder Beemden, just north of Eijsden.
The area is located directly along the Meuse and is a 63 ha riverbank reserve. It consists of grasslands, puddles, willow forests and a redesigned large gravel hole. The area is grazed throughout the year by a herd of koniks and galloways.
In Eijsden there are plenty of catering establishments for a nice cup of coffee. You can also easily park there.
