Pleasant house in a quiet area, in a residence located between the lake and the ocean, on the edge of the Ardilouze golf course.
The main room opens onto a sunny terrace all afternoon, overlooking the pine forest and then the golf course where you can relax.
Bicycle paths are nearby and lead you to the ocean in 15min (5mn by car), as well as to the Moutchic (Lac de Lacanau lake).
A large collective parking lot is available in the residence.
The secured collective swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. It consists of a 12mx5m pool and a paddling pool for children.
