The rental is located in Dinsheim sur Bruche (Alsace). A place where multiple activities are possible such as hiking, biking, visits of cultural places, discovery of the wine road, etc... all this near big touristic cities : Mutzig (5mn), Molsheim (10mn), Obernai (15mn), Strasbourg (25mn), Colmar (40mn).

This newly renovated holiday home has a spa area, with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna, ideal for relaxing in the heart of the domain "Les Papillons de la Bruche", located in the middle of nature, on a 35-acre plot!

Located on the ground floor of a large house, the apartment is about 60m ². The entrance is independent and is done by a paved courtyard fenced. You will also have the possibility to park your car there. A part of this courtyard will also serve as a terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs for meals, barbecue.
The holiday rental is composed as follows
- a kitchen equipped with a table-bar that can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is open to a living room with a sofa (convertible 2 places) and a television.
- a spacious bathroom with separate toilet and washbasin, a whirlpool shower and a washbasin cabinet.
- 2 bedrooms (without windows). The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190) with direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is composed of 2 single bunk beds (90x190) with ladder and safety barrier.
- In the annex (attached to the apartment) : a relaxation room is also available to let off steam (sports equipment) or relax (reading and games).

All the necessary equipment is available: storage furniture, crockery, household appliances and household products.

It will delight young and old alike thanks to its huge exterior, where you can enjoy, in complete tranquillity, the large swimming pool (6x12m) with retractable dome, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, giant trampoline, park with slide and swing, football goal. All this in the middle of a quiet and green nature where two sheep will keep you company.
