Located, south of Bergerac, at the crossroads of the Dordogne, the Gironde and the Lot-et-Garonne, Bosmat and Olivier invite you to discover the charms of the area. This modern, warm and fully equipped gite is located in the middle of the vineyards. Only 10 min. from Eymet and 15 min. from Duras, the property, a former winegrower's farm, is composed of the main house inhabited by the owners and two very beautiful independent gîtes (50 m² each) which have been created in a completely renovated barn. Exposed and arranged in a way to respect the intimacy of each one, each lodging has a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a chimney of atmosphere, a corner living room, a room and a water room. You will discover the Bastides, the Castle of Duras, Bergerac, the traditional night markets or enjoy the peace and quiet by the pool or around a barbecue.
