Gîte La Blatière - "The Stables"

Just over an hour’s drive from La Rochelle, Nantes and Poitiers airports, with your choice of The Stables (for 4) or The Farmhouse (for 6), La Blatière makes a beautiful setting for your French adventure.

Set in half an acre of land with fruit trees, plants and lawns and surrounded by winding lanes and farmland, we offer two recently redecorated stylish self-catering gîtes – complete with a covered and heated swimming pool. Our little part of south-western France also boasts 2400 hours of sunshine a year making it the perfect place to enjoy the peace and tranquility of country living but still be close to all that Poitou-Charentes has to offer.

A leisurely stroll will take you into the local village for a coffee or to pick up a baguette or 10 mins along the road try Go Karting or the Parc Aventure. Nearby the theme park Puy du Fou. Explore the beautiful cities of Niort and La Rochelle.
