Character gîte in a winegrower's house close to the banks of the Orbieu, a small river which crosses the Corbières, in a village with all shops and services. Located halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, the location of the gite at the entrance of the Corbières allows you to discover the sites of the Cathar country at less than an hour. Conceived in an original way, with a clever mix of old and modern materials and furniture, you will enjoy a sunny wooden flagstone terrace with shade sail and garden furniture. Parking in the street near the gite. The gite has : Entrance hall with sitting area, shower room and a WC, laundry room. Upstairs living room-kitchen opening onto the terrace with gas plancha, bedroom with double bed and adjoining shower room, separate WC. On the mezzanine above the living room, sleeping area with 2 single beds. Electric heating in supplement and wood stove (5€/day), sheets, bathroom linen. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
