Trevi est une commune italienne d'environ 8 300 habitants, située dans la province de Pérouse, dans la région Ombrie, en Italie centrale. Le village a obtenu le label des Plus Beaux Bourgs d'Italie.
Trevi est bâtie sur un promontoire et se trouve dans le centre oriental de l'Ombrie sur les flancs du Mont Serano, surplombant la vallée du Clitumne. La ville est à 10 km de Foligno et à 20 km de Spolète.
