Het Romeins-Germaans Museum (of RGM, in het Duits: Römisch-Germanisches Museum) is een belangrijk archeologisch museum gelegen in Keulen, Duitsland. Het museum, geopend in 1974, ligt naast de kathedraal van Keulen, op de locatie van een Romeinse villa uit de 3e eeuw, ontdekt in 1941 tijdens het graven van een luchtbeschermingsschuilplaats.
Het museum herbergt een belangrijke collectie van voorwerpen uit de opgravingen van de oude Romeinse kolonie Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium, waarvan de moderne stad Keulen is afgeleid. Het is gebouwd met het idee om de Romeinse villa en zijn beroemde mozaïek van Dionysos ter plaatse te beschermen, evenals een gedeelte van de aangrenzende Romeinse weg.
Het museum is dus op zichzelf een archeologische site.
