De Ladbroke Grove-treinramp, die ook wel bekendstaat onder de naam Paddington-treinramp, was een ernstig treinongeval in de Londense wijk Ladbroke Grove. Op 5 oktober 1999 botsten twee treinen frontaal op elkaar. Hierbij kwamen 31 mensen om het leven en raakten er meer dan 500 gewond.
De treinramp vond plaats op enkele kilometers van Paddington Station. Doordat Paddington Station een kopstation is met een groot aantal sporen, liggen er voor het station diverse wissels en is het hierdoor een wirwar aan sporen, die uiteindelijk in eerste instantie overgaan in vier sporen van de Great Western Main Line.
