DIO was een omnisportvereniging uit Oosterwolde, gemeente Ooststellingwerf, Friesland, Nederland. Dio is in 2020 gefuseerd met SV De Griffioen. De club gaat sindsdien verder als SV Oosterwolde.De vereniging werd op 1 december 1925 opgericht, in eerste instantie als gymnastiekvereniging, later gevolgd met korfbal en voetbal. Na de bouw van een sporthal in het dorp kwam er ook een basketbal-, handbal- en volleybalafdeling. De basketbal- en handbaltak werden vroegtijdig opgeheven. Per 1 juli 2020 fuseerde de vereniging met plaatsgenoot SV De Griffioen tot SV Oosterwolde.
