Hemsbach er en by med cirka 12.000 indbyggere i Rhein-Neckar-kredsen i Baden-Württemberg. Den tilhører den europæiske storbyregion Rhein-Neckar. Sammen med Laudenbach danner Hemsbach den aftalte forvaltningskommune Hemsbach.
Hemsbachs område strækker sig fra 85 til 340 meter over havets overflade langs Bergstraße, altså i overgangsområdet mellem Odenwald og Oberrhein Talfod, ved den samme å, som har været dækket siden 1951.
