Hanret is a village in the Belgian province of Namur, and a district of the Walloon municipality of Eghezée. It was an independent municipality until it was merged into the municipality of Eghezée in the 1977 merger.
Hanret is an agricultural village on the road from Eghezée to Andenne. The village center is located south of this road. On the other side of the main road lies the hamlet of La Vallée, which also belongs to the district of Hanret.
