Poulseur is a village in the Belgian province of Liège and a part of the municipality of Comblain-au-Pont. The village lies along the Ourthe. In the municipality, there is also the hamlet of Sart.
Poulseur used to belong to the Principality of Stavelot-Malmedy. At the end of the Ancien Régime, it was incorporated into the municipality of Hody. However, the territory formed an exclave of Hody, as the two parts were separated by the municipality of Anthisnes.
