Pascal Verbeken describes it in his beautiful book Brutopia as follows: "In municipalities like Schaarbeek and Sint-Gillis, true school palaces rise, well-lit and ventilated, with specially designed furniture, mosaics, and graffiti. They often have a library, gymnasium, and museum."
