The final of the Tour of Flanders winds like a snake through the Flemish Ardennes.
Cycling enthusiasts who are not familiar with the area may be driven to despair: where on earth are all those leg-burners and cobblestone stretches? And how do you get from one to the other?
That is no longer a problem. The Tour of Flanders Centre and Tourism East Flanders have joined forces and have permanently signposted the entire route of the final of the Tour of Flanders. The route is divided into three loops, each described in an information brochure. After your challenging bike ride, you can take a shower at the Tour of Flanders Centre (1.5 euros including towel and soap).
