On this monolithic stone, 1.5 m high, there is a memorial plaque with the photos and names of the prisoners of war of the municipality of Sugny in 1940, as well as a reproduction of the congress column. The stone was erected after 1945.
Every year, on May 8 and November 11 , after the memorial mass, a tribute is paid to the veterans in front of this monument.
Belgian and French national anthems are played and the Belgian and French flags are raised.
