We did this very varied walk on 13-08-2023

You can park at the cultural center of the rue de Radelange in Martelange.

This loop is composed on the basis of local routes. A GPS track or map is required to make this walk.

We walked the loop clockwise and followed the path that passes in front of the gym to the beautiful Passerelle Des Oiseaux to cross it. There we entered Rue de Habay to walk between the houses and turn right into Rue de L'Ardoisière. Where we went left into a forest path with a difficult climb. The trail took us on a regional road which we followed for 1.6 km. This can be a setback for those who don't like paved roads. There was a bit of traffic, but there weren't many people. We left this road for what it was and turned right into Rue d'Anlier to get off at Radelange. Radelange is a beautiful village that sits on the Sûre with a bench on the church of Saint-Rémi. It is time to strengthen the inner man.

After which we followed the rue de Neufchâteau to cross the Sûre and turn right on the beautiful Ravel line 618. This follows the banks of the Sûre, on the other side you can see the campsite L'Eau Vive among the foliage. The ravel took us to the rue de Radelange which we followed a little to dive into the forest on the left. What followed was a surprisingly beautiful piece of forest with a narrow path that meandered up and down. In addition to the route, a brand new Belvedere (realized in 2023) with beautiful views of the surroundings. It's worth going up and down the stairs. After the beautiful views, a small descent to complete the loop and get back in the satisfied car.

We thought it was a nice walk. Not very spectacular but still a nice surprise here and there.
