Kladruby nad Labem is a municipality and village in Pardubice District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 600 inhabitants. It is known as the home of the Kladruber horse breed. The village with the surrounding landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Kladruby nad Labem is located about 20 kilometres west of Pardubice. It lies in the East Elbe Table, in the Polabí region. The river Elbe forms the southern municipal border. The Strašovský Stream flows through the municipality.
