The Miesbach Castle is a ruined castle at the site of today's district office in Miesbach in the district of Miesbach in Bavaria.
The castle, probably built in the 11th to 12th century, was destroyed in 1312 by the Waldeckers, marking the first step towards the separation of the area from the Diocese of Freising. "The oldest little church in Miesbach was probably located within the walls of Miesbach Castle and was destroyed along with it in 1312."
