Neukamperfehn is a municipality in the district of Leer in central East Frisia. It is part of the Samtgemeinde Hesel in the state of Lower Saxony. The municipality has existed since the administrative reform of 1973. The name of the locality is a coined term made up of the names of the two districts Stiekelkamperfehn and Neuefehn. Neukamperfehn has nothing to do with the Friesoythe district of Kamperfehn.
