Neuschönefeld is a district of the Saxon city of Leipzig. It belongs to the district of Neustadt-Neuschönefeld in the east district.
The district is located in the area of Neuschönefeld, which is bordered to the north by the Eisenbahnstraße, to the east by the Hermann-Liebmann-Straße, and to the southwest essentially by the course of the Eastern Rietzschke. It lies between the districts of Neustadt to the north, Volkmarsdorf to the east, Reudnitz to the south, and Zentrum-Ost to the west. Significant parts of Neuschönefeld are occupied by the district park Rabet.
