The Roman Catholic Church of St. Nicholas is located in Lucherberg, a district of the municipality of Inden in the district of Düren.
In 1533, a chapel is mentioned in Lucherberg. However, further details are not known. The chapel was part of the parish of Pier with today's parish of St. Peter. It was demolished in 1857.
