Description

The bike tour leads from Strinum in a northern arc on lightly traveled roads via Lindau and Deetz back to Strinum.

Route: Strinum - Zernitz - Buhlendorf - Lindau - Quast - Deetz - Badewitz - Strahuth - Strinum

Highlights: Grain storage Buhlendorf, Castle Lindau, Storks in Quast, yellow fields of rapeseed or sunflowers in front of Deetz, idyllic view between Badewitz and Straguth, quiet meadow landscape until Strinum

Directions

The tour leads from Strinum on the country road to Zernitz. Via a small local road, turn left to Buhlendorf. From here, turn right onto the local road to Lindau. At the intersection, turn right and follow the main road to the gas station. At this intersection, turn left and see the signs for Castle Lindau. Turn left into the street and it leads to the castle. Then return to the intersection. Leave the gas station behind and turn left. Continuing on the local road, you will see a monument with the Anhalt bear. Follow the signage of the bike route Vorfläming to Quast and Deetz. In Deetz, follow the main road straight towards Zerbst. Later on the main road, turn left onto a street to Badewitz. By following this street, you will reach Straguth. Here, turn right and follow the road until you meet another main road. Passing large wind turbines, you will reach the intersection to the state road to Lindau. Cross the road and follow the agricultural path straight to Strinum.
