Once again, the tour starts at the tourist information center in the town center. The route takes you across the island to the far eastern tip. As with some routes before, you will follow Hindenburgstraße, Barbaraweg, and Ostfriesenstraße out into the east. Once there, you can take a short break in the local establishments before continuing to the viewpoint dune Sterenk-Klipp towards Duala. From there, you can only reach Hooge Hörn on foot to experience the unique nature of Borkum up close. You can return to the town center along the beach. It is advisable to turn left towards Dünenbudje at the nudist beach. At the nudist parking lot near Dünenbudje, you can take the bus back to town. Otherwise, there is nothing more beautiful than walking along the water's edge.
