The Confiserie Despinoy, born in the early 1800's, has been revived under the leadership of René CAMPION when he took over in 1972. As soon as you enter the workshop, you are plunged into a warm and bewitching atmosphere. The subtle smell of mint takes hold of you, the superb copper cookers attract your attention while the craftsmen work the dough as in the time of the very first Bêtises... Visitors are first greeted by a "bêtise" straight from the oven. Then, they discover the different stages of its manufacture, from the choice of sugar to the packaging, through the dough and the cooking. The visits are addressed to schoolchildren, students, seniors, families, professionals, handicapped persons (total accessibility).
