Located just a few minutes from the beaches and the Brière regional park, the "gîte/chambre d'hôtes" is surrounded by a garden, and includes two bedrooms, each decorated in a different style (the "Médiévale" with 1 bed 140x190 and the "Romantique" with 1 bed 140x190 and 2 bunk beds 90x200), as well as a living room, kitchenette and dining area. Sleeps 4. The 2nd bedroom (adjoining the first) is available as an option, and also includes a shower room (private shower, washbasin and wc). Outside, garden and terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, clothesline. Washing machine/microwave oven, electric kettle and coffee maker.
Wifi access, private parking. St Nazaire 12 km away. SNCF train stations (Donges, Saint-Nazaire, Savenay, Pontchâteau) 10/15 min. by car. Nantes airport 30 min. away.

Gite" formula per week
240 euros to 380 euros per week (with access to one bedroom/1 bathroom)
280 euros to 450 euros per week (with access to 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms).

Possibility of "short stay" for a minimum of 3 nights, whatever the day of arrival, except during the summer school vacations:
from 150 ? to 180 ? (for 3 nights with 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom)
or from 190 ? to 210 ? (for 3 nights with access to 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms).

EDF surcharge of 10? per week from October to April inclusive.
