Laag-Soeren is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. Laag-Soeren is located on the southeastern edge of the Veluwe (the Veluwezoom). It has a population of 796 (as of 1 January 2007). The village has a primary school, a kulturhus and a well-developed association life.'Huis Laag Soeren' is part of an eighteenth-century estate. In the nineteenth century, a bathing establishment for medicinal baths was established here. This spa was the first in the Netherlands and enjoyed international fame. On the Priesnitzlaan, the monument Priesnitz (tower of Jut) has been erected for this.
