't Oude Raadhuys dates from 1652. It was built by the then craftsman of Esselijkerwode. Until the last century, it served as a courthouse. After a major renovation, the building could serve as a restaurant. During the renovation and modernization, it was paramount that the old and historic character of the building should remain. In the center of the building you will find some old cells, which nowadays serve as a wine cellar.
To keep the history of the courthouse honored, we would like to welcome you to 't Oude Raadhuys, which starts its modern youth in January.
Come and enjoy our lunch, drinks or dinner. Cozy by the fireplace or of course on our beautiful sunny terrace on the Woudwetering, where we ensure with our enthusiastic team that you and your guests lack nothing!
