The Stratumse Heide is a nature reserve of approximately 110 hectares, located in the municipality of Eindhoven. It is owned by the Brabant Landscape.
The area is separated from the Groote Heide, also a nature reserve, by the A67 motorway. To the east lies the Gijzenrooise Zegge nature reserve, which has the character of a piece of small-scale old farmland. Another common name for the area is Leenderheide, which serves as a reminder that the heath once extended far to the Leende and even the Belgian border. Here still stretches an almost uninterrupted chain of nature reserves.
