In South Limburg, there are various marked mountain biking routes with a total length of over 500 kilometers. The routes are connected by linking sections, creating a network that ultimately covers all of South Limburg. It is therefore possible to explore the entire region by mountain bike. This network structure is unique in the Netherlands.

This route is approximately 12 kilometers and takes you from Watersley to the Tom Dumoulin Park. The section of the route at Watersley includes some steep climbs, descents, rock gardens, and root passages. This part is only suitable for technically advanced mountain bikers. The rest of the route is a lot easier. The route is marked with yellow signs featuring a light blue MTB print.

The routes are situated in such a way that the mountain biker gets enough enjoyment, but the most vulnerable terrain, forests, and nature reserves are preserved. So a friendly request to not deviate from the routes and to never ride through vegetation.
