AzureThis beautiful route of Natuurmonumenten takes you to the Geleenbeek valley. Walk along the Geleenbeek and through the Stammenderbos to Terborgh Castle. Then climb via a hollow road to the height of the Stammenderveld, 110 m above N.A.P. You have then overcome no less than 55 meters of height difference from the Biesenhof. Via the Stammenderveld you walk through the meadows of Sweikhuizen and you come back to the Geleenbeek valley at the Biesenhof.
Recently, this route is marked in the terrain with blue route arrows. You start at Natuurtransferium De Biesenhof (Biesenweg 1 in Geleen) and the route is about 6.4 km long. Parking is available at the Biesenhof.
