Senhora A Branca Park - Braga

This square is located at the end of the Avenida Central gardens and was formerly known as "Campo de Santana".

It is an irregularly shaped square due to the unevenness of the road. There is a staircase leading to the center of the square, where there is a stone cross that has been declared a National Monument . The square has beautiful, well-kept gardens with roses, some trees and stone benches to sit and rest.

On one side of the square is the Lady in White Palace and the Our Lady in White Church . There are also a number of sculptures , one dedicated to Pius XII and the other to the surgeon Alberto Cruz.This is a small garden in the centre of Braga, at one end of the Avenida Central garden.
