Wat Pa Muet Nok dates back to the 14th-16th century CE. The plan of the temple is rectangular, facing northeast. A laterite wall surrounds the monastery. The main building is the ordination hall or ubosot constructed of laterite. The principal Buddha image is on a pedestal made of laterite. There was previously stucco modelling on the pedestal, which displayed the features of the Buddha image. This style of image is prevalent in Kamphaeng Phet. At the back of the ubosot is the principal bell-shaped stupa with an octagonal pedestal. [Source: Information board in situ]
