Neo-Gothic parish church from the period 1895-1899 designed by architect C. De Maeght. The church with the presbytery on the right formed the new religious center of Huizingen. The old function of pilgrimage church in honor of Saint Leonard was taken over by the new church, which resulted in the creation of a pilgrim café 'In den gouden appel' north of the church.
