Vaux-lez-Rosières is a village in the Belgian province of Luxembourg and a part of the municipality of Vaux-sur-Sûre. The location lies on the Sûre river.
The last part of the place name refers to the place Rosières, located one kilometer north of Vaux. At the end of the Ancien Régime, Vaux-lez-Rosières was incorporated into the municipality of Nives, whose village center is located more than two kilometers to the east. In 1906, Vaux-lez-Rosières was separated as an independent municipality.
