It is a historic village that you will not find anywhere else in Flanders. The
village center is classified and consists of a church, rectory, mansion or
motte (castle between the trees), school house (now restaurant),
monastery and a manor house. For the elderly among us, this location
was used for the filming of the television series 'Hard Labeur'
where the café-restaurant 'In de Kroon' came into the picture a lot. Now you can
taste more than 100 types of beer. If you are with a group, please keep
taking into account the limited parking space during the weekends!
